PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

  • To ensure fast, efficient processing and fulfilling of customer orders, being ever mindful of company standards of appearance and behaviour.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting customers at all times
  • Ensuring that stock levels are maintained at all times
  • Listening to customer requirements and offering advice/alternatives
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Taking telephonic orders
  • Ensuring that all non-stock items are quoted on and purchased in accordance with BUCO’s buying policy
